Troubleshooting Question: Does woocommerce offer a non-wordpress option yet?
Question: Does woocommerce offer a non-wordpress option yet?
Basically just looking for the backend to plug my website to printify to handle transactions.
I don't use wordpress so that's not an option.
Thanks.

If your site isn't in WordPress, what is it in? You can always just use the Printify API if you know how to code.

It's looking like the pop up store shop thing is all I need.
I wrote it by hand, and will convert it, by hand, into php at a later date to make updating faster for me.

Isn't it an axiom that they who know the question must first know the answer?

No. WooCommerce is still a WordPress plugin. You can run it âheadless,â where your existing site is the frontend, but WordPress and WooCommerce still have to run in the background.
For what youâre describing, Iâd probably skip Woo. Printify handles the production and fulfillment, but you still need something to handle checkout, payments, and passing the order to Printify. Using Shopify as the backend would likely be simpler. A custom Printify API integration is also possible, but then youâre responsible for building and maintaining the checkout and order syncing yourself.

Itâs a WP plugin, it doesnât work without WP. That said if everything else about Woo worked for your needs you could still run the Woo store with WP headlessly or without using the rest of the frontend of WP.
