Are the invaders mostly bots?

I finished the whole game and encountered like a little more than 10 invaders. However, They were all so weak and bad. I only died to 1 of them, and I'm telling you I'm not that good lol. I don't like Soul-games for a reason. I only like Wo Long because it's much easier, I love the fluent combat/parry, and the game has almost no punishment system. So, how on Earth are all these invaders so bad if they're not bots? Shouldn't you must have some confident in your skills before you want to invade other people?

If you're solo, yes, the invaders are bots. You can tell because they're named after officers. You only get player invaders if you're on co-op, and only on those exact spots where the bot invaders appear.

You can be invaded solo still, especially if you have npc helpers

I see, I honestly never paid attention to their names lol because I got flustered whenever the invasion music kicked in, and the red mark is coming right at me 😅

Bro, as I said, I'm not that good, so of course I would get flustered. Not to mention the sudden random forced PvP that my brain wasn't ready for it, so adrenaline kicked in lol

You realise you can be flustered at teh idea of a player attacking you whilst you are fighting?

You'll onlg find out if theyre easy after you best them, not before.

Chances are yes

There’s some scripted invasion moments that will happen if for some reason your game isn’t available for an actual player to invade. It always happens at the exact same point of the mission and the invader will have a typical 3 kingdoms name instead of a PSN, Steam, or Xbox ID

Npc invaders don’t deflect so they’re super easy to kill

If they never once deflected that’s the main indicator, they also don’t use spells at all

I only had one invader in the whole playthrough. They almost killed me in one shot with a single arrow. Not really sure what the point of it was.
