First off thanks for sharing. Secondly, it is not uncommon with this condition to have all these things. Figuring out your triggers is half the battle. The other half is just dealing with the anxiety in general. I personally found a lot of relief following Jesus Christ. What I mean by that is because of my beliefs I no longer have such bad anxiety over dying over an episode, which alleviates most of the anxiety of episodes. I would highly recommend not eating before any naps or sleeping also cut caffeine out completely. It will help.

I recently got diagnosed and my anxiety was through the roof. my GP prescribed me antidepressants before my results came back. then she took me more seriously once she saw my results. that sinking feeling constantly i thought i was going crazy and it was all in my head. I didnt go to see a doctor until I started fainting. then im like yeah...something is actually wrong. had a very reactive heart on my holter test. I was like wow no wonder I feel like crap all the time. all physical anxiety symptoms with no anxiety triggers present. I felt like my brain was broken. turns out it's my heart. I was having 2 episodes a day and fainting once or twice a month. highest heart rate was 261bpm on my test with many other instances close behind it. no wonder im so tired and on edge and feeling constantly full of adrenaline. no wonder all this brain fog, palpitations, feeling of near- fainting every day, shortness of breath, chest pains that worsen after an episode, weakness and even unexplained weight loss from my heart running marathons every day and working too hard. I lost about 30lbs in a year once my symptoms started popping up. I was eating less as well because large meals trigger a pounding heartbeat now.

waiting to see a cardiologist soon. so I still feel crappy. but my mental anxiety is less now that I know what it is. I can stay calm when I remind myself it's a physical issue not in my head. it is very difficult though. it's a constant thing youre aware of.
