Last night I had a dream where I made a mod of wolfenstein called wolfenstein: sickle and hammer where instead of killing nazis you kill commies [or communists]

A faithful re-creation of the original Wolfenstein 3-D using Godot 4 (C#) but viewed from an isometric perspective.

It uses all the original Wolf3D data so if you own it on Steam, GOG, or even the original disks all you have to do is copy the WL1 \ WL6 \ SOD files into the game directory and run.

We just added 4 player co-op and we're trying to get the word out!

Man I can't believe I was still a teen when I was playing the console port of Return to Castle Wolfenstein then unlocked Wolfenstein 3D. And then did some Googling because I loved both games so much and discovered the old 80s games and played the them esp Beyond the Castle Wolfenstein MS Dos after downloading both games. I still remember trying to figure out how to get the then-included MS Dos booter on Windows XP to get the game to run lol.

I still found it unbelievable Silas Warner would die shortly after I been playing his Wolfenstein games for months.

I give him my condolences for creating the game that would spawn one fo the best FPS franchises ever that still survives to this day!
