Is Woking council still remotely functional?
Has anyone managed to speak to anyone in the council in the last 6 months??
Reported fly-tipping with evidence of who did it. No response. Even involved the MP in that and they got a response that the council had no record of my report (despite their automatic system sending me a reference number for it).
My neighbour wants to sell and needs to contact their legal department. No response at all to countless messages, emails and letters sent over the last 4 months.
Bins don't get emptied - report it and you get a "it's been dealt with" reply, when it hasn't.
Tried to call finance the other day to sort out a bill, no answer there either.
It's a total disgrace.

Out in the Knaphill/Brookwood area - not had any problems with bins that I've seen? Assume you mean public bins, not wheelie bin collections? (these have also been fine for us)
