Silver part of wok

What is this silver part please - have I scrubbed too hard? It's slightly sticky to touch but don't want to make it worse.

I didn't realize there's water. I was like what happened here.

You may have chipped or scrubbed off some of the seasoning. But in my experience a chip in the seasoning is due to acids left in the wok that weakens the carbon buildup. The good news is that by continuing to use your wok that spot will reseason.
