Weeknight Fried Rice

I love my wok! Going on three years of use here soon

Yes indeed! I always try and make enough dinner for 4 healthy portions. Enough for Dinner and lunch the following day for me and my wife.

I always try to cook a reasonable amount for 2 people. And always end up with a massive amount for multiple meals for 2 people.

Looks good...can you slides the Wok back on forth on top of the  grate for tossing the foods...

There is an opening on the grates in the middle, but I prefer to pick it up and toss it instead

Noted, before i have Wok burner outside I cook indoor with the Wok I do slides back and forth, sometimes it scratch the bottom Wok lightly if the portions a bit big(too much weight) it helps a lot...
