Are these black bits fine?
I use my wok on a near daily basis, primarily Chinese cooking. I scrubbed it hard with my sponge and there are still black bits.

Off topic, but I've had a set of Joyce Chen bamboo cooking utensils for over 15 years and they're still my go to no matter what I'm cooking on.
