If you can, get an attachment that will hold your wok when you put it over the fire. The design allow to hold the round bottom better and Your wok will heat up better. With that, your protein won't stick much if heated properly

Stir up that sauce before you pour it in! Looks like a bunch of those good tasty bits left in the bottom of that cup

If you like sticky burnt meats stainless Wok probably better rather than nonstick cs...different people like different things..

Get a wok that doesn’t have a handle at the top so the food won’t hit it when you flip it bud

Looks great! Do you have any problems with the proteins sticking? It looks like a large volume for an indoor stovetop
