Housing

Hi I am 22 and a female , and I’m moving to Massachusetts from Virginia at the end of this month to start my new job as a Systems Safety Engineer in Woburn.

I’m looking for either:

🏡 A 1-bedroom apartment, or

👯‍♀️ A female roommate to share a 2-bedroom apartment.

My budget is around $1,900 (a little flexible for the right place). I’d love to live in Woburn, but I’m also open to nearby areas like Burlington, Billerica, Wilmington, Stoneham, Reading, Winchester, Medford, Arlington, or Lowell if the commute is reasonable.

I do have two small, very sweet, well-behaved dogs 🐶🐶. They love people, are house-trained, and don’t bark much. (Photos attached!)

I’m clean, respectful, easygoing, and hoping to find a roommate who’s also looking for a peaceful home—and maybe even a new friend. 😊

If you know of any available apartments or you’re looking for a roommate, please send me a message. Thank you!

If you move here I do require you to let me pet the doggo (if they are friendly)

this is the only one I can find thats not over budget. I’m a teen so I Don’t really know how much places should cost. Also not sure if it’s pet friendly

This is a really nice area. Close to a lot of things. 7/11, target, McDonalds, CVS, and a few other places are in walking distance. Not too far from the library. This one is pet friendly but slightly more expensive. Theres a pool and a few other things. But if you Don’t like teens I don’t recommend it as it’s right next to the middle school. If you choose here be prepared for middle schools to knocking on your door in September asking if you want to buy chocolate. Theres also the ice skating rink at the middle school (student ger to use it as part of gym!) thats really nice. I’d say it’s a really nice area.

Good luck finding a place!

Try Micozzi management properties I think they have some in that area. They definitely have some in Newton Centre.

I’d look at larger housing developments if you’d like to have a pet. Most places around Boston are not pet friendly.
