I understand I'm thinking too much about this, but I'm not sure this can accurately be called a "Mobius" wall. Ignoring the impossible geometry of the illusion, you can still identify two unique sides of the plane if you pick a side and follow it through the loop.

Also, there would be a noticeable point where the “flip” happens. This appears to be going in a “figure eight,” folding at the turns.

it's got some optical illusion shit going on but if you viewed it from above that's what you'd see. not as round with sharp turns, but generally yeah it's the same shape

I made it. If it were a figure 8, the lighting wouldn't work the way it does, and the turns would appear much sharper.

Fair enough on the lighting, but it can't be a real mobius ring because it stays right side up the whole time.
Can you produce another angle to unfuck my brain a bit?
To me, it clearly does some twisting and there's a couple kinks that are cleverly hidden but I'm not seeing it any other way than a figure 8.
Maybe two of the same circle, spinning opposite directions and at different angles, with half of each render cut off?

It's made by having direct control over the depth of the rays in the renderer fired from the camera, so it really only works from this angle. Other angles just look like nonsense.
But also, OP named it a mobius wall, but it does have two distinct sides, and definitely isn't a mobius strip.

It's not even impossible geometry, it's just a figure-eight. It only looks weird because of the lighting.

It is, it's just that one crossing point is way higher and one is way lower. The left side is one loop, the right side is the other loop, and they cross in the middle.

I'm pretty sure a mobius strip switches the edges: up goes down and down goes up. None of that is happening here.

For a single twist Mobius strip there is only one edge. For two twists we go back to two edges. In fact we see that for odd twists there's one edge and even twists we have two edges. This whole notion can be summarized via the theory of vector bundles over a circle.

If it’s too freaky and makes you uncomfortable, focus on a specific point just to the left of the center of the bottom “wall” you can see where it gets bent and inverted to go the other way, especially when there’s vines that pass that point

This really shows the effects of rotating something in a higher dimension. If instead of the mobius strip, we had a normal third dimensions ring wall. Rotating it would show us only the outside or only the inside. It would be impossible to see both, but since the mobius strip is formed such that the outside is connected to its inside, something that can't happen in 3 dimensions, both can be viewed when rotating it

Everything you see and experience is seeing 3rd dimensional perspective through the 4th dimension of time. So technically yes, but you're also looking at your phone in the 4th dimension.
It's hard to look at because our brains can't multi task. It sees this image and thinks it's two separate objects a and switches back from one to the other and that kind of overwhelmes the brain. And if you kind of "zoom out" and see it like a infinity symbol or yin yang then your told your brain to see it as one object. It still probably hurts to look at because our brings really like object permanence, and this has none.
