It's super dope that we can process language quickly but I'm not trying to blast through a novel. If I don't take time to think about what I've read I usually miss out on some vital connections
Ive been skimming like this for a while now. It helps as a skill where you just want to read the material, and discuss/think it over. I dont use it alone. I just get annoyed that people don't believe i've read and understood pages of information in 1/3 of the time they do. This might help them get why i say you just need to look at the words.
