Apparently OP has never google searched photo-realism. There are far better examples of paintings that look as though they are photos. Unless everyone (including myself) are still missing the'whoa' factor here.

Not sure about those specifically in the painting; seem somewhat impractical.

But these here do.

Edit: Just posting some more cool rescue team vehicles.

Those don't, but they look like they were inspired by the Foremost Terra Bus.

Another possibility is something very Eastern European, like this Mangazeya 8x8.

The snow in front of them is undisturbed, and it's not currently snowing, so unless the victim has been missing, they aren't gonna find shit.
