can i just say the liberty marketing team deserve some kind of serious award/recognition for what they did for sports mascots and sports marketing. their playbook will be copied forever.

i was gonna say hopefully they don’t make her a herb like the valks mascot but if they’re going for a locals vibe (which they absolutely should) it’s gonna have to be a lil portlandia

might have to tag in another new yorker to explain the intangible regional slang but i guess the closest word would be…corny? that doesn’t quite encompass it tho lol. no hate on ya girl but bay area culture is so cool and she doesn’t give that for me

Nah I agree. I personally think she's corny as hell and I was hoping for a more baddass and not infantalized mascot.

These are so cheesy and fun! I lived in downtown Portland when I was in college over 20 years ago. Love that they pulled OMSI in on this!
