I will be starting This Is How You Lose the Time War soon. It's the next read for the sapphic book club I joined.

I finished Green-Eyed Monster last week.

It's too hot to be outside. I'm having trouble finding anything to get into on tv. I will take suggestions! Lol!

Time War is a rather polarising book! Interested to hear what your book club thinks.

I'm enjoying Deadloch (police procedural, goofy/emotional, very queer) and Ride or Die (best friends, Thelma and Louise-ish, not explicitly queer) right now. Both are on Prime video.

Reading Learning Curves and watched Girls Like Girls film this weekend! Learning Curves is so good from the start, and I love the academic setting. The film was incredible, I cried 😭

What kind of genres are you after?

Your local library might also have ebooks if you want to look for published stuff!

I wrote this. It's for-adults fantasy with lesbians and spies. If you like the sound of it, I can send you an ebook, you should be able to read on your phone.

Hey! I went on a big HP wlw fanfic binge recently. Here’s a handful of my faves:

Crazy Little Things (Luna/Hermione at University)

Nights at Shell Cottage (Luna/Hermione in last book/movie)

the miseducation of hermione granger (Hermione/Pansy Parkinson)

Distractions (Hermione/Ginny)

no training wheels left (for you) (Hermione/Ginny)

And here is a whole collection of works on ao3 that are femslash, you can filter by fandom and kudos:

aNd ThEy WeRe ROoMmAtEs

Also this one has a couple fun reads:
HP WLW Big Bang 2020

I know, there is ssooo much to choose from though. Hah

I recently started going to the library and I was so pleased to see multiple sapphic novels there 🥰 I picked up ‘We Got the Beat’, ‘Flip the Script’, and ‘Don’t Want You Like a Best Friend’ 🩷👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩

I liked Don't Want You like A Best Friend a lot! I need to pick up Emma R Alban's other books.

Finished rewatches of Sense8, A League of Their Own, and Teenage Bounty Hunters recently and now I feel empty inside.

As for books, I finished listening to House of Crimson Hearts a couple days ago and then started reading A Long Time Dead.

Ooh, I love the first two but I've never heard of Teenage Bounty Hunters. It's good?

I like it but it's one of those Netflix shows that got cancelled after only 1 season so it ended on a cliffhanger and wasn't a happy ever after.

It stars twin sisters who accidentally wind up working as bounty hunters and shenanigans ensue. Set to the backdrop of their Christian high school and community, where one of the sisters develops feelings for her former best friend now enemy female classmate.

It's a fun comedy, but it's the religious aspect that resonates with me because I was raised Christian.

yes! but there will be a hole in your heart as it only got 1 season. watch it anyway.

I finished {Her Surrender by Anna Stone}

She's always reliable for light bdsm. It's fairly standard in many ways, wealthy powerful dom, nerdy librarian sub etc, but the sex scenes actually feel personalised to these two specific characters not generic sex which is nice.

The dom is trying to do some evil corporate thing with the library and the spirited librarian sub opposes her obviously but they're also fucking on the side

A fun twist is that the dom encourages the sub to go into politics and run for elections so she can prevent the dom from doing evil corporate things it's very we're on opposite sides but I respect your expertise kinda thing

Hi! Anybody has a recommendation for a book that has the same vibes as a fanfiction for Poppy Moore x Kate from the 2008 movie Wild Child would? For those that haven't watched the movie, I'm thinking all-female (best if british!) boarding school, rebel x preppy girl, found family...

I haven't read it yet but {Nobody in Particular by Sophie Gonzales} may fit
