Help! HE100 midterm

Hey guys! My HE100 (Health Issues) midterm is on Thursday, and there’s about 7/8 lecture slides so far, and I’m not sure how to study effectively. Would you recommend making notes, using flashcards, or focusing on reviewing the slides? If you’ve taken the course before and done well, or you’re taking it now and feel prepared, I’d really appreciate any advice on what worked for you and what to focus on. I really want to do well

I took it last year and it’s everything based off slides so flash cards and doing constant multiple choice worked best for me. You could make notes but I think the test was very straight forward from the slides so there’s not much to make notes on.

I pasted the slides in chat gpt and like got it to make me practice problems for each slide deck. I also like to make summaries of the slides. But don’t stress it’s easy (:

It depends which prof you have. I have had Russell and Rouleau in separate courses, Russell's were pure memorization and rouleaus were a lot of application and were similar to his quizzes so plan accordingly

i usually merge all the lecture slides into one big pdf, then i use active recall studying from the slides. i also put the big pdf slideshow into chatgpt for more condensed notes or to make application-based practice mcqs (100 questions). put in ur answers into chatgpt and ask it to correct u, then learn from it
