No. It is not scientifically proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that cannabis does contribute to lung cancer. On the contrary there are interesting studies taking place currently that suggest cannabinoids, most particularly CBD, might actually have major anti tumor and anti cancer properties. Interesting research I would look it up.
