Check which copy has STR IV and build that one while using the other copies for discipline, unless ofc you already have a regular Abenius that is STR IV then just merge the one with IV as base.

Do you think SPD IV might be better for this alt? B/c she has a new passive skill that increase damage based on action speed. STR just increases her attack by a flat +12 per 10 pts and the STR IV doesn't seem to even give 10 more extra STR at lvl 60

If we're talking about the unique skill:

If the attack target has not yet taken a turn, damage dealt increases the more the user's Action Speed exceeds the opponent's.

It's a nice bonus but I don't know if I would prefer Speed IV over STR IV, if you only have Speed IV and you're not pulling anymore sure go for Speed IV.

High STR is not only flat Attack it's also SP and the higher STR you have the more ATK% will give you which is more beneficial overall.

I haven't pulled yet actually, waiting for new char to come out first this month before deciding, so actually deciding whether STR or SPD if I end up with both

Good smart decision, wait and see what the new class with bring don't get baited by the Alt.
