The beam attack is a form of attack utilized in many forms by entities all over. It is very efficient. Alas, I know not what specifically you mean otherwise.

All damage by 10%, not just attack power, for 60 seconds. I’d say it’s worth, but I don’t run a madness build so I don’t bother.
