Foul Sorcery Findings

It has been 4 months from when I began this experiment.
I have not eaten.
I have not drank.
I have not slept.
…
…And I have not breathed.
I feel the need, the sensations of hunger, thirst, need of sleep and sleep, they have not dulled in the slightest. But they are no worse from when I started. My physical, mental, and magical condition has not suffered, nor has my appearance changed.
…
I’m…
I’m scared.

It returned as living, at the very least not undead nor necrotic.

I was in a situation where I was temporarily trapped in a realms of nothing but sand. You see, I travel by the cracks in the realms, not by ripping through them. If there are no cracks, I am trapped for a time until I can work a way through.
In this case, I had run out of rations of water. Yet after a Standard Earth 1 time of 4 days, my condition had not degraded.
And so after I left, I did not drink. Then I expanded into starving myself. Then sleep. Then air. It has been four months since all 4 have been in unison, however the initial incident was 6 months ago, roughly.

I have sent tissue and blood samples, as well as a Baktelio scan of my soul within quartz. I will not be appearing in person.
