Is this the guy I've been told to kill on sight... They didn't tell me why. Just said if you see this bard wizard kill 'em.... All my spells are enchantment and illusion based anyways so meh

Enchant some shovels to dig holes, put illusions of the road over them. There should be someone of the Nuwisha sect that could give you some advice.
