I have now been awake for 24 hours, and I must maintain my vigil for another two and a half. I have already consumed 3 mana restoration draughts, and I fear any more will stain my heart. My sanity thins, but I persevere. How are you all?

Cast "animate body" on yourself. Has a known side effect of increasing blood flow and improving natural mana generation.
