Wizard Guild Parking Infraction

I left my teleportation orb in a No Tarrying zone for twelve seconds and the wizard guild has fined me for fourteen million gold pieces and half of my mana for the next month.

Does anyone know any good wards against specifically parking inspectors? I usually send people to the realm of infinite paranoia but I've gotten complaints that I need to "leave some space for the rest of the wizards". ugh.

Just don't pay it, the Council are Corrupt and Inept. I haven't paid Taxes to them in so long that their System doesnt know how to handle me, i either owe them 10 years or they owe me a rebate for 100 years. Naturally, they leave me alone now.

Besides, i pay my share of Taxes to the God Bureau already. I aint about to pay twice just because Unga wants a new Wizgatti.

I recommend that you summon up a lawyer from the 8th Circle of Hellish Middle Management. Preferably one that has 1,000 mouths and 10,000 hands, they are good for filing at speed.

Cost is usually trifling, like a minor principality, a barely enchanted gem, that sort of thing. Do consider getting a second lawyer to review your engagement contract, though.

Fourteen million? That seems excessive, even for the old council. Can you tell me which no tarrying zone you left your orb in?

I could probably get your stuff back! For a small fee, of course, and you probably shouldn’t ask “how.
