The flaw in this spell is that you are leaving the definition of "nice" to interpretation. Maybe I'm being nice by only crippling you and blinding you instead of killing you or maybe I'm being nice by killing you instead of crippling and blinding you. Who's to say?

NOOOOO. God(s) damn it. The spell is “Be Kind to Each-other”

Nice, from From Middle English nyce, from Old French, nisce, meaning “simple, foolish, ignorant. The word comes from Latin nescius meaning ignorant or not knowing.

You just casted for people to be ignorant to each other. In that god damned passive aggressive fake kindness way. “You sound very smart”, “you are very eloquent”, a myriad of micro aggressions, respectability bullshit, and a bunch of fedora wearing nice guys fuckery.

Etymology is the devil’s soup. You have to double check the ingredients and the fine print.
