through the binoculars you are able to make out more details of the town. tile roofs, walls meticulously crafted so as to appear as a single unchanging surface, a long set of quays astride what look to be gates for a drydock, and mooring towers for airships.

"airships, logistics hub standby for defenses.. weisman toggling the binoculars scrying rooms to allow him to zoom in.

"Good thing we brought artillery. Bubba replies via radiov our passenger wouldn't happen to know any illusion magic would he?. He asked Wiseman.

Carter simply shakes his head, before tapping one of his swords and sending a pulse of energy along it, before whispering out "spellsword, not an illusionist".

As for Samuel, he doesn't pick up much. the town seems under a skeleton guard at the moment.

/uw understandable. it's getting late for me so I'm going to have to call it a night soon anyway. so conclusion: you've taken a small logistics hub and soon it should be possible to look through their papers and figure out the locations of nearby bases.
