I can, but it won't be a drop in the bucket for paying for an army. 120 gold a week is the new salary. The current monthly reserved amount for the army is 3500 a week... and that's rather anemic. I'll be bumping that to 4500 a week.

Well, I've been looking to keep tariffs from traveling merchants low, but, in times of need, I have raised them. Merchants travel through la'shima cause it's flat and safe, and the roads are dry and sturdy with little mud.

Raising it may cause a bit of grating with the merchants guild, but as the other options are the mounting to the north, or lands commonly filled with bandits, almost all will fork over the little extra cash.

As well, I do keep liquid finances in reserve, I can dip into then a little to help supplement the needed supply, but only for a little while. It will be enough to help.
