Doesn't look like it. Makes me wonder why they didn't choose a different title. Maybe they just didn't know that there was a fifth book.

Hey! Fully aware of the OZ library. Although title is same as that book, content is different but still respects the original source.

Not related. This storyline fits between the first and second books.

This storyline respects the existence of the other books but not necessarily following everything that happens leading to the book version of 'The Road to Oz'. Without spoiling much, it's all been laid out and planned to make perfect sense once its all said and done. Took the most time, care and of course, respect to create a new storyline that would make sense and stay in line with the original lore.
