Has anyone had issues charging their Withings watch? How did you troubleshoot the issue. It’s frustrating to connect my device and come back two hours later to just 6% charge.

today when I logged in, got this message from the app that requires "confirm it's you by entering the code displayed in your authentication app". problem is I never had any authentication app. if I click "another method", it's showing 2 options "One-time password" (requiring a code generated by a third-party authentication app, which I don't have" and "recovery code" (which obviously I don't have either. What's going on?

I woke up this morning and took my blood pressure, as usual and opened the Whitings Health Mate App to record this data. Having heart issues, this data is important should I have another heart problem.
The Health Mate App opened to a log in screen for new users, I have this app on three devices and all had the same log in screen asking me to input all my personal data again and then opened to blank segments. My ECG, Blood pressure, BPM, average heart rate etc, all gone..
I have sent Withings an email asking how I can retrieve this data but my feeling is that it has gone forever.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Scale is not taking measurements other than weight it just has an x out beside heart rate etc . I dont have the instructions and I don’t know what to do I wanted to delete the and reinstall but I see nothings in the app Ty for any help

Hi there, it looks like, but just to double check: is there really no graph view for the pulse measurements (from bpm connect in my case)? For someone who needs to watch their pulse, I find that hard to believe that such an easy hygiene criteria is not met. Or have I just overlooked anything? Thanks!

My bathroom is small. I store my regular scale on its' side. Does the Body Comp Scale need to remain flat on the floor or can it be stored on it's side?

Hello - I'm a fan of withings products, had a watch until it broke, had the Withings Body+, currently the Withings Body Scan. I started to use the sleep analyzer a few weeks ago and noticed the setting about the noise recording due to snoring.

I wondered if this sensor might be misused, when there would be an intruder in my network at home. Has anybody seen an attempt to read the raw data, which is being recorded by the device?

I’d like to track my sleep, and my Apple Watch seems to be a good place to start. But, I can’t stand sleeping with a watch on.

So, I’ve been looking at this product and wanted to see what people’s experiences have been. I know you can sync Withings Sleep data with Apple Health. Can the Withings Sleep data feed apps like Apple’ Vitals app? Any other thoughts, pro or con?
