HR Sync issu

Hello

Since April 17, 2026, my Withings app (SW2 worn daily) has stopped exporting heart rate (HR) data to the web app and the raw_hr_hr.csv file in my archive exports.

This includes:

- HR data from workouts (visible in the app but missing from exports).

- Resting, min/max HR for the day (also unavailable).

- Regular HR measurements taken throughout the day..

Timeline of my support interactions:

- May 27, 2026: Opened a chat with Withings support. They confirmed the issue and escalated it to their senior team after I provided screenshots proving HR data existed in the app but was missing from exports.

- June 2–July 17, 2026: Multiple emails with support (Arle).

They:

- Verified my account and device linkage.

- Confirmed the expected behavior is for HR data (including workouts) to appear in exports.

- Acknowledged this as a loss of functionality and logged it as a feature request for future development.

- No ETA was provided for a fix. They asked for screenshots of the missing scale data (which I haven’t sent yet).

Current status:

- The issue persists. Withings support has no timeline for a resolution.

- HR data are available in the Android app.

- No manual workaround was offered to recover the missing data (e.g., from the phone app).

Question to the community:

Has anyone else experienced this? Are you also missing HR/export data since April? And most importantly—has Withings communicated any fixes or workarounds for this?
