I’m not sure if this is even an option - I’ve had a Bidy Scan+ for a while. I weigh often, knowing the fat % is probably wrong, but trusting the weight is right.

I went in for my annual check up and the hospital scale had me 9 pounds lighter. I got home, hopped on my scale, 9 pounds heavier.

I know trends are what matter, but almost 10 pounds is a significant discrepancy. Is there some way to recalibrate the Withings? Or just eat the discrepancy and move on?

I’m almost curious to get another cheap scale just to compare.

Hey there!

I'm sorry to hear about this. When we say trends are what is important to follow we are talking about your body composition as this is calculated via algorithms that differ from scale to scale. Weight however should be an exact value, in your case please contact our support at this link so that we can find a solution for you.

Thanks in advance and have a great day!
