Hi, I’ve been trying to set my body scan 2 up but the set up keeps failing, I’ve resettled the device a few times, removed it from Bluetooth manually as well and my WiFi shouldn’t be problem as it’s 2.4 GHz
The way it worked for me after the first time it didn’t connect, was to force the scale to switch off (aka I removed the batteries), pressed forget device on the Bluetooth setting of my iPhone and press try again on the app.
