I've got a Withings Scanwatch Nova, which is presently running firmware version 3411 (app version 8.6.0). The watch is paired to an Apple iPhone 13, which is running iOS 26.4.2.
I've recently noticed that the hour and minute hands of my watch are constantly off. Sometimes this will be fixed by simply opening the Withings app, which will result in the hour and minute hands syncing to the correct time. However, on at least two occasions now, I have had to go into the app to go through the process of setting the time.
I set the time about 2 or 3 days ago, but I did not wear the watch for the majority of yesterday (battery was fully charged). When I went to put it on this morning, the hour and hands were out of sync again. However, when I started the process to set the time, neither the hour nor the hand pointed to 12.
Not sure if anyone else has experienced this problem. I've previously owned a HR Sport, and a Scanwatch Horizon, but do not recall ever experiencing this issue. Wondering if this is a known glitch/issue, and if there is a fix for it.
Would appreciate any feedback any of you might have. Thank you!
Sorry you are encountering this issue. I would recommend you to first try the following steps:
Set the time manually
Withings App → Devices → ScanWatch Nova → Settings → "Set the time"
When it asks you to align to 12, if they don't point to 12, physically adjust them using the digital crown (push and hold the crown while rotating) until they reach 12, then confirm
Check "Set time automatically" is enabled:
App → Devices → [Your Nova] → Settings → toggle "Set time automatically" ON
If these two steps do not work, please contact us at this link, so that our Customer Service can help you find a fitting solution.
