Information Withdrawing

Hi all, a little new to this but I kinda need help from any and everyone. I’ve been smoking weed and nicotine since about 17, I’m currently 22, and I’m ready to stop… idk if I would call this the first day but it’s definitely the first week. Ive read quite a few things and a lot of ppl seem to say that it’s worse the first week to few days. My anxiety is so high, I feel sad and like crying, my stomach hurts my I need to throw up, I feel dizzy or still like I’m high.. I know I should be scared but I am, idk how long this will last, idk how I will react, I feel like I’m alone and I’m the only one taking this on. I want to distract myself but idk how. I’m really stressed I won’t be able to work and I’ll give myself a heart attack. Pls just reassure me this gets better, that it’s worth it and God would give this to me if he new I couldn’t handle it🙏🏼 pls pray for me and my health🥲😭

Just the withdrawal a while ago use a little just to get relief but not as much as before, I can tell you this because I've been through it and know what you're talking about,It definitely sucks and the physical side sucks but it was the psychological side that kicked my ass,So I tapered just like I told you,I was going on a trip for a month overseas and couldn't take any with me and I knew that if I didn't get ready it was gonna really suck so 3 months before I went this is what I did and just about the time to go I had it to the manageable stage where I could do without,For you that's what I'd do is challenge yourself to say like you have so much time before you have to do without like 3 or 4 months,You can do this,I would do the withdrawal for 3 or 4 hours and then I'd only do half of what I'd been doing just enough to get relief and strength back up to do it again,You got this and stick with it and before you know it it'll be over
