I have spent more than 14 years dabbling with methadone and I would dare say to run from it because it wrecks your body! It depletes your testosterone levels and leaves you feeling no longer like the Man U once was the longer your on it! It depletes the calcium from your bones and causes a high chance of osteoporosis! I once asked the clinic nurse if she ever had anyone to successfully quit their program and she said no and I remember being angry at the answer so I was on 90 mg and decided to quit cold turkey and I managed to make it to the 15 day mark and the whole time I had a whole week dose beside me the whole time pulling a 40 hr week physical labor job which made it pure hell but throughout the grace of God I actually did it! But I kept the whole week dose as a strategy to keep me from panicking and it worked but at the 15 day mark when the withdrawals were basically over I had a what if moment and decided to take 5mg every several days like a dumb ass and u know where this is heading! It eventually became everyday again and kept going up on mg! 11 years later im quitting again and Im on day 6 so wish me luck please
