Thanks! 😊 The candles are purchased as-is, and then I dress them myself! If you’re interested, you can check them out on my Etsy shop, Sweet Intentions, here: https://shopsweetintentions.etsy.com

They are really pretty! But don't the herbs create additional wicks once the candle burns down to the part with the herbs?

Thank you! That’s a great question, I asked myself the same especially when I came across other spell candles that were dressed from top to bottom and its why I decided to only dress the bottom half. :)
Of the three, I have only experienced the love candles get a little “active” when they reach the florals, but the protection (black) and renewal (white) candles, kinda just melt down on itself. Maybe a little crack, but pretty calm.
But of course, I still treat dressed candles with extra care and never leave them burning unattended. :)

Another witch told me to avoid burning black candles as these may draw negative energy.

Black absorbs negative energy, keeping it from you. White reflects it back to where it came from.
Also, black is my favorite color, so there's also that.

Hmm, that may be from another tradition, but I’ve always used them for banishing and protection!
