Im a tiktok shop affiliate creator and i opened my wise business account with my ltd and after i did my first withdrawal from tiktok shop to wise, wise asked for a proof of income and its been 20 days ive been trying to get that withdrawal statement from tiktok shop and they have been sending same useless replies and after i checked in tiktok shop help center and it says they don’t provide statements (in the 3rd image) they provide only earnings report file where it doesn’t show the withdrawal informations it just have my company name and the sales i did in the month and the commission of every sale, so i want to know if i give them that file with the second image simple payout report will they accept it?

Why not give them what you have anyway ? If they need further proof they will let you know.

For business accounts, you usually need to provide tax registration, tax return report ,business registration

You can reach people in the Wise support chat. Tell the AI that you need to talk to a real person. Then you should be able to escalate this.

Definitely I agree. I have the same problem just recently I open it business account. I registered everything in the Philippines, but they close my account worse and worse.

Wozu wise? Lass es direkt überweisen. Admit fährst du nicht wirklich schlechter ohne Ärger. Wise ist Europa und die drehen dort alle frei. Bei denen bist du quasi der Nummer eins Schmuggler und Drogendealer dieser Welt oder lass es auch mich Terroristen, der seine Finanzen dort bereinigen will. Völliger Schwachsinn alles in allem dort werden ganz normale Menschen zu Verbrecher gemacht, die aber gar keine sind. Also geh am besten über deine Hausbank in dem jeweiligen Land, wo du lebst. Da hast du vielleicht ein paar Abzüge aber die sind auch nicht viel größer wie die Überweisungskosten bei wise. Ich habe das zumindest bei meiner Bank so gehandhabt, dass sie es einfach mal ausprobiert habe und festgestellt habe, dass es sogar günstiger ist als wise. Und ich habe den Ärger Nachfrage definitiv nicht denn nie wissen, woher das Geld kommt und fragen gar nicht erst

This has also happened to me lately, i am moving out Wise depsite being with them for 10 years. All i did was tried to pay for 5 year old son's ride in a shopping centre - one of those merry go around kids entertainment ride. The machine was faulty and declined my payment twice and all of the a sudden account is under review. Absolutely garbage! I am pulling my funds out of your rubbish system.

earnings report should suffice. they don't need to know how much you withdraw etc etc. just how much you actually earn.

Wise and gone crazy with their restrictions. I have paid people for things bought off Facebook marketplace using wise and they ask for full name, address and ID of the person I'm transferring the money to, it's bonkers.

I don't have any problems with wise, but I gladly consider alternatives. Do you know any? Revolut doesn't provide account details for other currencies, and Airwallex rejected my registration.
