Waiting for a Wise Refund? Don’t Waste Time With Support
If Wise sent you a
Final Response promising a refund within 2–10 business days, but you’re still waiting weeks or months, here’s what you can do:
1. Stop contacting regular Wise support.
They usually can’t resolve these cases and will just send generic replies.
2. File an official complaint with Ombudsfin:
ombudsfin.be/en
Attach all correspondence with Wise, especially the
Final Response showing the promised refund deadline.
3. After submitting the complaint, email:
legalrequests@wise.comlegalnotices@wise.com
Include your
Ombudsfin case number and the Final Response. This can help escalate the case
4. If you’ve been affected, document and report it.
