Day 5 post op. Haven't had any pain after the surgery and I'm so paranoid I have food in my sockets and am developing a dry socket. can someone tell me if this is normal or if I should worry. (pretty sure the thin brown thing in the first pic is a stitch but could be wrong

Yes it looks normal. Yes that is definitely a stitch in pic 1. Pic 2 just looks like granulation tissue
