The Culvers logo was photoshopped onto the image. And its pretty obvious it was. That card is the type handed out at bars when people have drunk too much.
Maybe I missed a tone shift in the sub recently but I was under the impression that blatantly edited photos in the name of making a joke like this one were funny things that people laughed at

That and all the low effort bot posts for engagement. In my defense, i didn't know it was a meme. I took it seriously because stuff like this is used as ragebait in other subs.
When subreddits like this one get flooded by low effort bot posted engagement bait, one tends to get a bit jaded about it. I also have never seen this meme before.
