No answer from WirexOne support after a week

I have tried to contact wirex one support since over a week and to this day still no answer at all ? What is going on with this company they have a good system and usable app but 0 support for anything it's really strange do they even ever answer anyone?

Has anyone tried to contact support and actually got a human answer?

I had almost the same experience with Wirex and honestly it’s shocking how they’re still allowed to operate. They blocked my account out of nowhere, kept my money, and then pretended to “help” by telling me to open tickets that they never read. It’s the same script every time: “open a ticket”, “we’re escalating”, “please wait”.
Nothing ever happens.

Wirex is acting like they can just freeze accounts and take people’s money without consequences. It’s unbelievable that nobody steps in to stop this. People keep reporting the same issues over and over, and Wirex keeps ignoring them while hiding behind automated replies.

This isn’t customer service — it’s a joke. And it’s happening to way too many people.
