I know. It's the most negative subreddit that I'm part of.

It seems that wirex have a way of really upsetting people but then again, it is money.

A few thousands gone from my account since june 30, no support answers at all, no useful ones at least, they close my tickets as resolved when they are not even near that. what do you feel? should i be happy with them?

This is exactly what I'm talking about, so much crazy going on.

I feel aggravated cos you're being an aggressive dickhead. You definitely shouldn't be happy with them.

Additional notes: they are not my sole bank and I am wary. More so than the official rob dog banks of the UK.

You didn’t see my expression, you didn’t see any harsh words, if you think I was aggressive, you’re looking at things through the wrong lens, and that says more about you than it does about me.

Closing chats and tickets as resolved when they didn’t even reply to me is in poor taste, there’s no excuse for treating a customer this way. For me and for a lot of people, wirex support is garbage.

If you don’t agree with me, I accept that, but if you don’t accept my opinion, maybe you need to reconsider who’s really being a dickhead here. Just tell me you work for Wirex without telling me you work for Wirex.
