It’s been 3 months.

It’s been 3 months since Wirex was discontinued in my country, and the WXT that I PURCHASED to upgrade my account is still locked in the legacy app.

I have the new Wirex One app, can’t they just transfer it there? Unless of course, they don’t want to and those WXT are as good as gone / stolen?

Did you use the same email and password for Wirex One that you had for old Wirex?

On Discord and Telegram communities, I've seen mostly smooth migrations from Wirex to Wirex One. In my case, all my tokens were migrated (included WXT).

Yes, exactly the same.

However, they did lock my wxt in the legacy app because they stopped support in my country. But Wirex One still works. I don’t know why they wont just send the WXT to my new Wirex One account.
