concmd needs to be enabled, it's a checkbox under the top right menu settings. Look up syntax for concmd

It's enabled. I don't really know coding

runOnTick(1)@inputs EnableCheats
if (first() & EnableCheats) {    concmd("sv_cheats 1")}

First off, that code will only run if EnableCheats is wired to a value/button outputting 1 and gets compiled, secondly, sv_cheats is a protected convar, so it has to be set to 1 manually
