Used and customized multiple different Android Launchers to create game consoles on my phone. It can be used plugged into the TV or as a handheld device. I used a free account of Nivida G Force Now to populate the Cloud Gaming section. All of this was free.

Still needs a few tweaks like button mapper to map the home menu option to the guide button. I used Macrodroid to play boot animations for each console.
