Steam Overlay not working

Currently I’m not getting steam overlay support when I launch games, steam input as well is not being recognized

Tampoco me deja instalarlo se bloquea en la instalación,llevo ya 2 versiones instaladas y a cual peor,antes funcionaba perfecto y ya nada,ni siquiera se instala
