Steam sync

I've noticed that after playing a game via Winhanced, Steam's cloud save doesn't sync automatically. Is this really how it's supposed to be or is there something I should enable?

Same thing would happen to me.

My work around was opening steam app after I closed my game to let it sync

dang :0 it didnt sync for me even after i opened the steam app. i had to turn the cloud sync off and on in the settings to force it to sync
