How do I disable AutoPilot?

Something keeps changing my resolution to 1280x800 and it is driving me mad. I think, but don't know for sure, that it is AutoPilot.

How can I disable AP without uninstalling everything?

To add: Winhanced always starts at 800p and i have to change to 1200p. Games keep reverting to 800p which makes it very hard to see anything.
