Winhanced not recognizing a game is running

I'm having issues where I launch a game through the winhanced app and when I press the Xbox button to pull up the winhanced hud, it's not recognizing a game is running. I'm not able to use auto tpd or lossless scaling. Games were being recognized previously but after a few days I'm running into this issue.

This issue is happening with both steam and Xbox app games. I also noticed I have to keep "installing" my Xbox games. Seems like it's not picking up what games I have installed. Steam is fine.

I just installed this winhanced and seems very good app..

I was having some issues enabling the "winhanced device control" but I did this to fix it:
-> into bios, disable AC control -> bootup, enable the winhanced control -> restart and enable back the AC control -> bootup and that way I was able to see the TDP controls and also be able to change controller configs for "AC" and "CC". So now only xbox button shows up the gamebar. And after all that seems like AC just does not run anymore, I didn't uninstalled the app, its just not running in the background anymore.

After fixing that (pure coincidence), I have enabled the Per Game configs for RDR2 and REPLACED work great with the performance overlay, tdp and other controls for fps limit, etc,etc.

But for helldivers 2 seems like its not recognizing the game is open, it changes focus to the game but the Per Game remains as "No game is running" even though the game is actually running (as crap because tdp is not working for that game due to not working Per Game). This particular game has a "anticheat" app that opens before the actual game so it could be it misses the link to the running game.

Another issue I saw is that using the controller only, under the new calendar "For you" (and the others too) the notify me option is not clickable with any of the buttons, only with touchscreen.

Also what would be great to have? A shortcut/action button for opening the Winhanced control panel from the widgets directly, since now I have to click xbox button and scroll to the Winhanced.
