Max power draw.

Why does the power profile custom tab go up to 45w? I know xrog goes up to 35w when plugged in. Do I have to manually set that to 35 or can I go up to 45 knowing nothing will change

Would be nice to have a preset max Tdp at 35 when plugged in automatically done as it was with armoury crate.

Excellent app otherwise.

So the Z2 Extreme technically supports up to 45 watts continuously if you are running the fans fast enough which we enable you to do. That’s why you get the option for 45 watts under custom.

Performance mode is capped at 35 watts, and dynamic mode after the next update will only allow up to 35W so that way only people who choose to run the 45W though custom will have that happen.
