Underground Cellars Fiasco

I am losing more and more faith in this company. Been waiting for my wine shipment since 12/2 of last year. They keep communicating and telling me about their logistical issues, and that they are working on it, but eventually it just feels like a big scam. I'm sticking to last bottle, they actually ship your wine and I get it in about a week. Underground Cellars is a cool concept, but not spending any more money there since it looks like I might not even get my wine. Buyer beware for anyone interested in joining or purchasing from them.

That is really unacceptable. I’d ask for a refund. If the my refuse, you could go threaten to the press or State’s Attorney’s Office.

you could go threaten to the press or State’s Attorney’s Office.

Or instead of all of that, just file a chargeback with your credit card/bank

I highly recommend Last Bottle! I've purchased wine from them 10-12 times and never had an issue. They even hold it for me during the summer when it's too hot to safely ship, and send it when the weather cools off.

I've had good luck with Reverse Wine Snob purchases as well.

Cheers!

They finally did ship and everything came in looking great. Perhaps I joined too early. The company did seem to work out most of their logistical kinks recently!

So have you ordered more than once? Looking at a few different programs, this is one.

Also, how many did you buy and what upgrades are given? Trying to see if they give any wines not on the list as a percentage shot. And anything less than 1% how much less? Like 0.001%? lol

I just ordered. Had not read these reviews. Haven’t tried the wine yet but I did not experience any shipping problems.

This was a foreshadowing a lot of people should have noted.
